Today I thought of this project
And I realized
I could
Stop
But then
I would look back
And sincerely regret that choice
So I'm writing
Today and all the days to come
Because later
When I look back at this next year
I want to see
A year of creativity
I want to feel
Pride in a vast accomplishment
I want to be
Who I hoped I was at the start
I want to love
At least some of what I've written
But most of all
I don't want to let myself down
